Q: What if I want to join the program but I am currently in a lease agreement so I can’t move right away?
A: If you are in a lease already and can’t move right away, we can still work with you. The only difference is that you wouldn’t be living in of our property right away, but the benefit is the credit repair would start NOW, so that way you have a head start.
Q: What if I am ready now, but I don’t see a property I like from your website?
A: If we don't have a property that you like right now, it’s no problem. Simply check out the website every week to see new properties. Expert Realty Advisors has about 10 to 20 new properties available for this program each month. I suggest you join the credit repair program now because the available properties are “first come, first serve” so if you are already in our credit repair program then you have first choice, and it will speed up the credit repair process as well.
Q: What if you are ready to join the program now, you already get prequalified by Arizona Wholesale Mortgage Inc. But you don’t get approved right away for the lease option program?
A: If we can’t approve you right away, it’s because we think you need a little more time to get the credit ready, which is no problem, – the program will still work for you in the same exact way, the only difference is you wouldn’t be in the property right away. You simply can join the credit repair program now, and we can re-evaluate your progress after 2-3 months of credit repair services and then we can try for an approval for the lease option program at that point.
Q: What will it cost you to get Pre-Qualified?
A: The prequalification is FREE! It takes about 5 minutes to complete over the phone, once completed we will let you know exactly what you need to do in order to become a “homeowner” all the way from credit to how much you will qualify up to! We will suggest all your options, then you choose what you think is the best option for you and your situation. Worst case scenario – you at least get some advice and you know what you need to do whether or not you choose to join the program.
Q: What will it cost you to join the Credit Repair program?
A: If you choose to join our program, the credit repair service is $69.00 per month, no initial or hidden fees, and you will only pay for the amount of months that you agreed upon. (Example: If we decide you need 2 months of credit repair, the cost will be $138.00)
Q: What will this cost you to move into one of our agents properties?
A: There is NO DEPOSIT, NO DOWN PAYMENT required to move into one of our properties. Just 1st month's rent.
Q: What if I get prequalified and I don’t want to move forward?
A: No problem, you’re not obligated into anything! Worst case scenario is at least you know what you need to do to become a home owner, and what needs to be done to repair your credit.
